FlightScope is dedicated to ensuring your peak performance; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your equipment in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain software licenses and personalized items may be subject to specific restocking conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your FlightScope account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely place the device and all original accessories, manuals, and cables into the original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
